Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., holidays or scheduled vacations). Orders placed on Saturday may not ship until Monday, as we do not ship on Sundays.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your item(s) and your selected delivery speed at checkout.
Rush/Priority Shipping Need it fast? Select rush shipping at checkout if available. If you don't see that option, contact us at shopquirkok@gmail.com and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.
Local Pickup
How It Works Prefer to pick up locally? Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. Since we operate out of a home-based location, the pickup address will be shared with you via email once your order is ready.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM can typically be picked up same day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
ID Verification All pickups require ID verification matching the billing name and address on the order. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please note their name in the order notes at checkout — or contact us before pickup so we can make arrangements.
Pickup Window Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase. Unclaimed orders after 30 days will be shipped at the customer's expense.
